FAQ

How do Auctyo auctions work?

Silent Bidbook — traders submit their best offer. No public bidding. We notify the winner within 48 hours of closing. Auctions close each 15th and last day of the month.

What does the grading mean?

We grade lots to help traders assess resale value:

  • Grade A: Clean, highly desirable items with high resale potential. Often includes functional or near-mint stock.
  • Grade B: Mixed condition. Items may need cleaning, repair, or sorting. Still suitable for resale.
  • As-Is / Unsorted: Raw stock, untouched. Ideal for treasure hunters and volume buyers.

Grading is visible in the lot title and description.

When do auctions go live?

We are part of the biggest vintage aggregator in Europe. You can expect bi-weekly auctions of unsorted items. Categories, grades and frequency will increase in 2026.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all EU countries. After submitting a bid you will receive a tailored selection of shipping options depending on the category and weight of your lot.

Can I return lots?

No. Due to the nature of bulk vintage auctions, all sales are final.

Are these photos of the exact lot I'll receive?

No. We use representative photos to show the type of items you might find in your lots. These images reflect the general style, category, or quality, but the actual contents may vary.

Each lot is unique.

How do I pay if I win?

All payments are handled securely via SEPA bank transfer

  • You’ll receive an invoice by email once the auction ends.

Is VAT included in the prices?

No — prices and bids are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable at invoicing.
